How this works. The carryover lifts every combination's expected value, so a
roll justifies spreading wider than a normal exotic — but bounded. We single the legs you're
confident about (cost is multiplicative — one single can cut the ticket 4×) and spread the
chaotic ones, then cap total spend at the smallest of three limits: where extra combinations stop
adding value, ~8% of the fresh pool (so your own money doesn't dilute your payout), and a small
fraction of your bankroll. If the pool isn't +EV, or your bankroll can't survive the dry spells, it
says no-go — honestly. This sizes the bet; it doesn't promise a win. Dead-money pools still
lose most days and pay in rare, large chunks.
