Cancel anytime, get a pro-rata refund on whatever you haven’t used. No questions, no win-back loops.
Section 01
You should be able to leave the same way you joined. We charge for access to ongoing analytical work; if you decide it’s not for you, you get back what you haven’t used. We don’t bury the cancel button. We don’t make you call. We don’t run a "wait, before you go…" gauntlet.
Section 02
Cancel a paid subscription at any time. We refund the unused portion of the current billing period to your original payment method.
Worked example. You bought an annual Pro subscription for $190 on January 1. On April 1 (roughly 25% into the year), you cancel. We refund 75% of $190, or $142.50, within five business days.
Worked example, monthly. You bought a $19 Pro monthly subscription on May 1. On May 11 (roughly one-third into the period), you cancel. We refund roughly two-thirds of $19, or about $12.66.
Section 03
The Pro plan offers a 7-day free trial. Cancel inside the trial window and you are not charged. If you don’t cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the rate quoted at signup.
Section 04
Sign in. Open /account. Click "cancel subscription." That’s the entire flow. Cancellation is immediate; the pro-rata refund posts within five business days.
If something is broken or you can’t reach the cancel button, email support@tbrediq.com from the address on your account and we’ll handle it manually.
Section 05
We will not call, text, or email asking you to come back. We will not offer a discount on cancellation. We will not require a survey, a reason, or a phone call. The cancel button cancels.
Section 06
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer instead of contacting us, we will reverse access to the Service and may dispute the chargeback with documentation. We’d rather just refund you directly — faster for everyone.
Fraud or abuse. If we close an account for fraud or violation of the Terms of Service, no refund is owed. Otherwise, the pro-rata principle applies.
Taxes. Refunds are issued in the original currency for the original net amount paid. Sales tax / VAT collected at purchase will also be refunded if applicable; processing-fee components depend on the original payment processor and are typically refunded in full.
Section 07
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your jurisdiction. EU and UK consumers retain a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital subscriptions, subject to the standard exceptions for digital content already supplied with the consumer’s express consent.
