Refund Policy
Summary
Race cards are time-sensitive digital products. Our refund window closes when the card has been delivered or one hour before the first race on the card, whichever comes first. After that point, refunds are not available except for verified delivery failures or processing errors.
1. Pre-Delivery Refunds
If you change your mind before the card has been delivered AND at least one hour before post time of the first race on that card, email support@tbrediq.com with your order ID and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within five business days.
2. Post-Delivery Refunds
Once a race card has been emailed to you, the product has been delivered. We do not issue refunds for delivered cards based on results, dissatisfaction with selections, or change of plans. Race intelligence is an analytical product whose value is consumed at delivery.
3. Delivery Failures
If you paid for a card and did not receive it by 60 minutes before the first race on that card, contact support@tbrediq.com immediately. We will check our delivery logs:
- If our records show the card was not sent, we will refund your purchase in full.
- If our records show the card was sent and accepted by your email provider, we will resend the card and provide delivery diagnostics. In this case the product was delivered and a refund is not available — we recommend whitelisting
cards@tbrediq.comin advance.
4. Processing and Duplicate Charges
If you were billed more than once for the same product, contact us with your order IDs and we will refund duplicate charges in full.
5. The Free Thurby Card
The Thursday Thurby card is provided at no cost in exchange for an email signup. There is nothing to refund.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution and may cause your account to be suspended pending review. We respond to chargeback notices with our delivery records.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@tbrediq.com with:
- Your order ID (in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address used at purchase
- The reason for the request
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five business days, depending on your bank.
